Dead Birds Officially Selected at 2026 Garden State Film Festival

Following the completion of post-production in New York, Dead Birds has now begun its festival run with an Official Selection at the 2026 Garden State Film Festival.

Written and directed by Joe Thayer, the psychological thriller marks its world premiere at the New Jersey-based Garden State Film Festival, known for showcasing emerging independent voices in American filmmaking.

Eva appears as Lisa in the ensemble cast alongside James Carabelli, John Schaub and Russ Russo.

The selection marks the film’s first public screenings as it enters the festival circuit.
